The REFLEX Mechanical Hitch was designed specifically for tree-climbing applications, with single and twin-line applications in mind. CE Certification is required in order to place products on the market, within the EU. In the absence of a tree climbing device-specific standard, devices must be certified using the most appropriate EN standard. Where products do not meet the entire criteria of an EN standard, they can be certified using the PPE Regulation, referencing the relevant parts of the EN standard. ..

The UKCA (UK Conformity Assessed) Standard System was introduced following the United Kingdom’s exit from the European Union, in January 2020. UKCA standards are assessed and certified by a UK-recognised Notified Body and apply to PPE products which are to be placed on the market in Great Britain (England, Wales and Scotland).

The D1PRO Descender utilises our patented D-Series progressive cam technology and specifically designed ø6mm (1/4") rope, to achieve genuine one-handed descent control, with performance characteristics comparable with those of an ø11mm (7/16") rope Descender device!
