ISC has given me the opportunity to grow professionally by allowing me to gain additional qualifications. I have received external training on ILM level 2 and Level 3 courses in Leadership and Management, as well as in house training to cover in Despatch.

I enjoy the work that I do at ISC and no two days are ever the same. I feel very fortunate to work with a great team of people!

Dan Yates Engineering Manager

With an IRATA Level 1, among other qualifications in a variety of Work At Height, Casualty Management and Specialist Rescue training programs, we have been able to successfully develop new products for the Rope Access, Rescue and other market sectors.

I Joined ISC in July 2019 as a Manufacturing Engineer, with a focus on solving production issues. With a wide range of in-house manufacturing processes, I have gained a broad spread of manufacturing knowledge. This role has expanded from problem solving to implementing process improvements and driving lean manufacturing initiatives throughout the organisation.

In 2022 I gained my NEBOSH national general certificate in occupational health and safety and am now responsible for managing health and safety on site.

Every day at ISC offers new challenges.
