We are excited to announce that Eli Button has joined the ISC Team in a brand new role of Inside Sales and Customer Service based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Eli will be responsible for customer support for our channel partners located in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Central/South America. By creating this new role located in Minneapolis we intend to provide closer support and increased convenience for you, our valued partners.
Before joining the ISC Team Eli served as a Customer Service Representative for the United States Department of the Treasury. Eli is a graduate of University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota where he studied International Business Management including studies abroad in Europe and the United Kingdom.
In the days ahead we will begin transitioning order processing and customer service to Eli. Our Customer Service Team is still in place in Wales, UK and will be supporting Eli and you, our partners, as we transition sales support to North America.
