As you’ll no doubt be aware, the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation has now been upgraded to ‘pandemic’ status.
We’d like to assure our customers that we’re working to do all that we can, in order to keep business running as smoothly as possible, whilst taking all practicable measures in order to protect the health of our team members, customers and suppliers.
Following the latest infection control guidelines from the World Health Organisation, we have put the following measures in place:
Business Travel Suspended
We have postponed all business-related regional and international travel, until it is deemed safe and appropriate for travel to be resumed. During this period, our team members will be available by email, telephone and are happy to arrange video-links for meetings.
Site Visits Suspended
Regrettably, we’re not currently able to welcome visitors to our factory headquarters in North Wales. We will continue to accept deliveries and despatch shipments and we have new procedures in place, to ensure that delivery drivers are able to work with us in taking all practicable measures to protect their own health and that of our team members.
Exhibitions & Events
As you’re no doubt aware, the majority of trade shows and events due to take place in the coming months, have now been cancelled or postponed. ISC will not be participating in any events, until such time as it is deemed safe to do so. You can stay up to date with updates to our exhibition calendar- visit our EVENTS page.
Self-isolation Measures
The Government is currently advising people to self-isolate if they experience any of the recognised symptoms, or have had contact with other people who are believed to be carrying the infection. ISC are supporting our team members to comply with best-practice guidelines. Therefore, some periodical reductions in workforce levels are to be expected, but we will endeavour to minimise the effects of this, wherever possible.
